Jackie Montag
oversees business development for the firm. She started full-time
in1986, and has developed several marketing initiatives for the
firm, including our well-established series, Facts & Finances
for Women Only. Other work she focuses on includes relationships
between the firm and other small institutions, key clients, and
intermediaries.
Jackie is active in the local community. She is the former board chair of the Atlanta History Center.
She also serves on the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Board of
Trustees, Friends of Trinity School Board, The Georgia Academy
Board, and the Advisory Board of the Atlanta Girls School. She
is past President of the Temple, past vice-chairman of Visiting
Nurses Assn., and a former member of the United Way Board, Community
Foundation for Greater Atlanta Board of Trustees, and the Emory
University Board of Visitors. She is an active Wellesley College
Alumna, a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 1990, and
has been recognized by many community organizations for her commitment,
work and leadership.
Jackie was born and raised in Mobile AL.
After attending Wellesley College, she then graduated from Rhodes
College in Memphis, where her husband Tony was in the military.
He is the firm's founder and CEO. They returned to Atlanta and
raised four children, two of whom are now with the firm. Jackie
is an avid reader and gardener, and has been an enthusiastic aerobics
fan for thirty years.
